POLOSHIRT SIZE CHART

*Final result product size tolerance is 2-3 cm. Gives a 2-8 cm gap (depend on the product) between the design and pattern to avoid being cut by stitching. Cut design is beyond of our responsibility. For bulk order, it is highly recommended to make a sample in advance. We are not responsible if the result is cut by stitching.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 â–  SUBLIMATION / DIGITAL PRINT

  • All effor will be made to maintain print / color consistency but due to sudden changes of temperature on machine - output might have + / -10% printout. 
  • Certain shirt sizes might be changed due to availability & minor shade differences. 
  • Slight Spots & needle marks may appear on dark color due to process.

 

 â–  SAMPLE / PROOFING

  • We will sebd ophysical sample to customers directly if order is above ₱10,000 & if leadtime is 7 day & above.
  • Photo samples only for items that are due within 2 to 5 days.
  • Please be reminded that color photo & actual have 50% variation.
  • If the order will not proceed, ₱1,000 will be withheld from the amount.
  • Complete change of design will require new set-up charge.

 

 â–  ORDER PROOFING

  • All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email.
  • Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered,  placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer.
  • Transfer It will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval.
  • Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses.
  • Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup could result in production delays.

 

â–  RUSH SERVICE

  • For oders that is not within our standard leadtime, slight delay in time might still happen.
  • Please consider alternative printable & printing options
  • We will not issue any refund, even it is our fault since we are also doing our best to meet your deadline & unforseen situation may arise since we are rushing.
  • We will take chance on making your order, there might be problems in raw material, personnel attendance & machine breakdown--there is aprobability we will not fully make it on time above terms and possibilities

 

â–  MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS

  • 80% downpayment is required
  • Minimum of 100 pieces for OWN PATTERN
  • Maximum 5 sizes only, ₱250 per extra.
  • Unique fabric should be purchased/provided by you
  • Shade of fabric may vary from swatches due to stock availability
