Q: What are your photo pillows made of?
A: Our personalized pillows are made of 100% polyester. The pillow covers are polyester fabric and the filling is recycled polyester fiber.

Q: Do you have pre-designed templates, or should I upload my own? What resolution should my photo be?
A: At the moment we don’t have predesigned templates, so you’ll need to upload your photo or design and make your own pillow. For better printing results, we recommend your file to be a minimum of 150 DPI.

Q: How do I ensure my photo covers the entire pillow?
A: Make sure to stretch your image across the entire canvas when you’re designing your custom pillow.

Q: What printing technique do you use for the personalized pillows?
A: We use dye-sublimation printing method. This gives a vibrant, high-quality print that will not flake off or crack.

Q: Can I wash my custom pillow?
A: We recommend you just spot or dry clean it. The pillow doesn’t have a zipper, so you won’t be able to remove the cover to machine wash it.
